Pigment Flakes are rubbed on a No Wipe Topcoat which has hardened 30 sec in the led lamp.

The pigment can also be put into the Rhinestone gel. Rhinestone Stone gel is applied in a thin layer and the flakes are placed in the gel, hardened and No Wipe toocoat is applied
